These terms are an agreement between you and LeagueTen LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("LeagueTen," "we," "us"). By creating an account or joining a season, you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and to the Liability Waiver.
1. Who can join
You must be 18 or older to create an account or play. You agree to give accurate information, including your name, contact details and playing level, and to keep it up to date. One account per person.
2. Your account
Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@leagueten.com if you think someone else has used it.
3. How the league works
- A season has a set number of match weeks, a catch-up week and playoffs. Each season page lists its dates, format, divisions and price.
- We place you in a division by area and level, using your DUPR rating or our skill quiz. We may move you to another level or division if your results show your level is wrong.
- Each week you play one match against an opponent in your division. You and your opponent agree on the day, time and court.
- If your opponent doesn't reply within 72 hours, we may give you a new opponent or record a walkover win.
- Small divisions may play the same opponent more than once.
- We may change schedules, divisions or rules during a season when needed to run the league fairly. We'll tell affected players by email.
- Weather and court closures: if rain or a closure stops a match, reschedule it within the play window (up to one week after the scheduled week). A rain-shortened match not finished by its deadline goes to the player ahead. Weather and court closures don't qualify for a refund.
- Ratings: we use DUPR ratings to set levels, but we don't send your results to DUPR or any other rating service.
4. Courts
LeagueTen doesn't own, run or inspect any court. The home player picks the court and confirms access, hours and any fees with their opponent. Any court list on the site is for convenience only; we don't guarantee its details or that a court is open, safe or available. You're responsible for following each court's rules and paying any court fees.
5. Prices and payment
- Creating an account is free. You pay a fee for each season you join.
- The price depends on when you register, as shown on the season page (for Winter 2027: early, standard and late prices). You pay the price shown when you check out.
- In doubles, each partner pays their own fee. A doubles team is confirmed only when both partners have paid.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars.
6. Our level guarantee
If we can't place you in a division at your level, you get a full refund before week 1. Wrong level after 2 matches? We move you or refund you.
7. Refunds and withdrawals
- Before schedules are released (for Winter 2027, Wed, Jan 6): you can withdraw for a full refund by emailing support@leagueten.com.
- After schedules are released: fees aren't refunded, except under the level guarantee or if we cancel the season.
- Injury or illness: if you can't continue because of an injury or illness after schedules are released, we'll give you a credit for the amount you paid toward a future season.
- If we cancel a season or a division and can't place you elsewhere at your level, you get a full refund.
- Removal for conduct: if we remove you under our conduct rules, your fee isn't refunded.
- No-shows and unresponsiveness: if you repeatedly don't reply to opponents, miss matches or don't complete your matches, we may remove you from the season without a refund and may decline your future registrations.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- Referral credits and other credits have no cash value and expire at the end of the next season you could use them in.
8. Scores, standings and playoffs
- Both players report scores in the app. A score becomes final 3 days after it's reported unless the other player disputes it.
- If a score is disputed, we review it and our decision is final.
- Standings and playoff qualification follow the rules published on the Rules & FAQ page for that season.
9. Conduct
Play fair and treat opponents, partners and other court users with respect. Don't:
- harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone, in person or in messages;
- report false scores or arrange results;
- no-show repeatedly or ignore opponents;
- use another player's contact details for anything other than setting up your matches;
- misuse the site, try to access other players' accounts or data, or interfere with how it works.
You can report a problem to support@leagueten.com. We may warn, suspend or remove a player who breaks these rules, and keep a record of it.
10. Contact details and messages
To set up matches, your current opponents and doubles partner can see your phone number and email, and other players can see your name, area, level and season record. See the Privacy Policy for details. Messages you send through LeagueTen must follow section 9.
11. Emails
We send emails you need to play: confirmations, receipts, schedules, match notices, score notices and changes to your season. You can choose separately whether to get news and offers, and unsubscribe from those at any time.
League emails are part of playing. If you block or unsubscribe from them, you may miss matches and schedule changes, and that doesn't entitle you to a refund.
12. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post, such as your profile photo and messages. You give us permission to show it on LeagueTen as needed to run the league. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share or anything that breaks section 9. We may remove content that does.
If you send us photos or videos (for example, match clips), you allow LeagueTen to use them on its site, social media and ads, without payment, and you confirm that everyone shown agreed. Anyone shown can ask us to stop using it in the future. People filmed at LeagueTen shoots sign a separate release.
13. Health and safety
Pickleball is a physical sport with a risk of injury. By playing you accept those risks, as set out in the Liability Waiver you agree to when you join a season. Play only if you're fit to do so.
14. Disclaimers
LeagueTen is a scheduling and league service. We don't supervise matches, provide equipment or control courts, weather or other players. The site is provided "as is," and we don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
15. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, LeagueTen and its owners aren't liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from playing, traveling to or using courts, or dealing with other players, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
16. Your responsibility
You agree to cover LeagueTen's reasonable costs, including legal fees, if a claim is brought against us because of your conduct, your breach of these terms or your use of a court.
17. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing support@leagueten.com. Closing your account doesn't entitle you to a refund except as described in section 7. We may close accounts that break these terms.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version with its date and, for important changes, email players. Changes don't apply to a season you've already paid for unless the law requires it or you agree.
19. Law and disputes
Florida law governs these terms. Disputes go to the small claims court or the state courts in Broward County, Florida.
20. General
These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Liability Waiver are the whole agreement between us. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right doesn't waive it. You can't transfer your account or these terms; we may transfer them if the business is sold. Don't copy or scrape LeagueTen's content, or use its matchmaking, for a competing or commercial service. Ideas or feedback you send us may be used freely.
